However, Mr Prem Pattnaik, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Party/Contemnor, on instruction, submits that the order dated 2nd September, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.22592 of 2020 has already been complied with. To that effect, a letter issued by the SubRegistrar, Rasgobindpur addressing the Advocate General, Odisha, Cuttack has been filed.

In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands dropped.
