2. Heard Mr. J.K.Naik, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P. Tripathy, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Having regard to the nature of allegations and particularly the fact that the accused is said to have forcibly committed sexual intercourse on a physically challenged girl as also the availability of the materials prima facie to show his complicity in the occurrence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected.
