1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.

2. At the time of hearing, it is agreed that the Collector, Cuttack has passed an order, whereby the objections of the petitioners, in respect of apportionment of compensation for the acquired land, stands decided vide order dated 06.07.2021, although communicated to the petitioner at a belated stage.

3. In view of the above, it is evident that the direction passed by this Court on 6th July, 2021 in W.P.(C) No.12706 of 2021 stands complied with.

4. Accordingly, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to
