This is the second journey of the Petitioner who is in custody in connection with Aska P.S. Case No.165 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.317 of 2019 on the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Aska, running for commission of offence under Section294/302/307/326/34 of IPC, in filing this application under section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for his release on bail in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the materials on record, further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances in the backdrop of the nature and gravity of the offence for which the Petitioner is facing the trial, finding no such changing circumstances; while being not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant bail to the Petitioner; the application stands disposed

// 2 // of with an observation that the Trial Court would do well to take all such effective steps as provided in law for early conclusion of the trial in accordance with law.
