Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order dated 05.11.2016 under Annexure-8 passed by opposite party no.2 and further to hold the certificate under Anneuxre-3 as Trained Certificate and the order of deputation for further training under Annexure-7 as illegal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the case of the petitioner is covered by the order passed by this Court in the case of Uttam Kumar Pattnaik v. State of Odisha and Ors., (WPC (OAC) No. 2952 of 2016 disposed of on 22.08.2022). Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the aforesaid judgment.

In view of the above submission, as agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.08.2022 passed by this Court in the case of Uttam Kumar Pattnaik (supra).
