This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner challenging the proceeding in Jeypore Town P.S. Case No.219 of 2020 corresponding to T.R. No.52 of 2020, pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Jeypore for commission of offences punishable under Section 20 (b) (ii) (C) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called for the second time. None had also appeared for the petitioner when the matter was called in the first hour. None had appeared for the petitioner when the matter was listed on the last date.
