This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) The Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to admit and allow the original application with cost.

(ii) The Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.2 to open the sealed cover (Annexure-5) and give promotion to the post of Deputy Ranger, Forest Ranger and Range from the date the batch mates and juniors of the applicant were promoted.

(iii) The Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to direct the respondent to revoke the suspension order up to date the increments, revise pay scales, disburse full salary during suspension period, to disburse the actual retiremental benefit of full pension along with service and financial benefits which the applicant is entitled for.

(iv) Any other relief / reliefs may be passed as the Hon'ble Tribunal deems fit and proper".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
