Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner being in custody in C.T Case No.20 of 2020 (Sessions), arising out of Junagarh P.S. Case No.15 of 2020 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Dharmagarh, has filed this petition for his release on bail. The offence alleged against the Petitioner is punishable under Sections 396/412/414/307/120-B IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act 4.
The prayer of the Petitioner for bail having been rejected on merit in BLAPL No.3405 of 2020, I am not inclined
// 2 // to release the Petitioner on bail on the ground of release of the co-accused.

Accordingly, this BLAPL stands dismissed.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if the trial of the aforesaid case is not completed within six months hence.
