1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr.A.K.Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Miss S. Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 30th September, 2021 in connection with Kendrapara P.S.

Case No.95/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1414/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 457/380/411/413/109/34 of I.P.C.

4. It is alleged that the Petitioner is a receiver of the stolen property. It is submitted that all the co-accused persons, who are said to have committed the crime, have been released on bail by the court below. Copies of such bail orders have been enclosed to this application.

5. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that the co-accused persons have already been released on bail, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

6. Let the Petitioner- Ajaya Kumar Sahoo be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case.

7. The BLAPL is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
