This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode. 1.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present contempt has become infructuous as the order dated 02.09.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.16342 of 2020 stands complied with inasmuch as the admissible amount of enhanced compensation stands paid.

In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
