1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.K. Purohit, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.

3. This Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer. "(a) Direct the respondents to release the A.C.P/R.A.C.P. to the applicant holding with entitled to receive the same and quash Annexure-10 & 11. (b) Hold and declare the appointment of the applicant as regular and pass such other/further order(s)/directions as deemed fit and proper by your Lordships in the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case."

4. It is submitted that some similarly situated teachers in the meantime were regularized in the year 1997 vide order dated 12.1.2021, but the petitioner has not been extended with such benefits.

5. In view of such submission, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file individual representation before District Education Officer, Jharsuguda-Opp. Party No.5 ventilating their grievances

// 2 // within a period of three weeks from today.

6. It is observed that if any such application is filed, Opp. party No.5 shall take a lawful decision on the same within a period of 3 (Three) months from the date of receipt of such representation. It is observed that while taking such a decision, the stand taken by the petitioner that similarly situated persons have been extended with the benefit w.e.f 1.9.1997 vide order dated 12.1.2021 be taken into consideration.
