Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Looking to the limited request involved herein and as this Court finds the representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue vide Annexure-4 is pending consideration, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.3 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 and take decision, as appropriate, by completing such exercise within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner. In the event there is no commencement of the construction may avoid for at least fifteen days.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
