ORDER

1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
Order No.
2.
Background involving the case is based on a sale deed, mutation attempt was made by the Petitioner and in the undertaking of mutation exercise, as the Petitioner found the direction is not in terms of the recital of the sale deed, the Petitioner was constrained to file a Review, vide Annexure-3 in terms of Rule 43 of the O.S.S. Rules. Through Annexure-4, it has been established that the socalled Review Petition of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-3 is already received by the Tahasildar, Gop. Unfortunately, there is no further action from the side of the Tahasildar involving the request of the Petitioner, vide Annexure-3.
// 2 // 3.
Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein and as the Tahasildar, Gop is required to exercise his power under Rule 43 of the O.S.S. Rules read together with 109 of Mutation Manual, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Gop, O.P.2 to conclude his exercise involving Annexure-3 in terms of Rule 43 of the O.S.S. Rules and/or 109 Mutation Manual also involving the Petitioner at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order. 4.
