placed on record an order dated 10.05.2022 passed by the Director (R&R) & Ex-Officio Special Secretary to Government, whereby sanction of decretal dues under Section 18(1) of LA Act, 1894 amounting to Rs.2,61,272/- (Rupees Two lakh sixty-one thousand two hundred seventy-two) only in favour of Ghasiram Patra & Others of village-Maskaguda, DistrictKalahandi in LAR No.10/2017 has been passed. He further states that pursuant to the said order, the amounts have also been transferred thereby rendering the present contempt to be infructuous.
