2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition for the following reliefs.

i. direct the Respondents to consider the case of the applicant for grant of pension and other retiral benefits by regularizing the period of service of the applicant from 1.6.1995 to 18.7.1996 as duty and sanctioning annual increments from 1995 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Tribunal.

ii. pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the bonafide interest of justice."

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation dated 24.9.2014 under Annexure-14 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of

// 2 // three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
