01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Guru, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. The present writ Petition has been filed with the following relief:- "That under the facts and circumstances, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Tribunal be graciously be pleased to admit the case, call for records from the Respondents and after hearing the parties be pleased to direct the opposite parties to regularize the service of the applicant.

AND Pass any other order/orders as this Hon;ble Tribunal may deem, fit and proper and for this act of

4. In the counter filed by the Opp. Parties, it has been indicated that vide order dtd.12.08.2016 under Annexure-G/3, the Petitioner has been extended with the relief.
