01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.P. Dhal, learned counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. R.N. Mishra, learned AGA appearing for the State-Opp. Parties and Mr. S.K. Patra, learned counsel appearing for O.P. No.4.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition with the following prayer:- "In view of the facts stated above the applicant therefore prays that the Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the Respondents to pay the balance G.P.F. amount of the applicant within a particular date fixe by the Hon'ble Tribunal with bank rate of interest and the applicant as in duty bound shall ever pray."

4. From the counter filed by O.P. No. 4 it is evident that due to nonsupply of the wanting T.V. number, O.P. No. 4 is unable to pay the balance GPF amount of the Petitioner.

5. In view of the stand taken in Para 6 of the counter filed by O.P. No. 4, this Court directs O.P. Nos.2 & 3 to do the needful and comply the requirements as made vide letter dtd.19.10.2016 under Annexure-R-4/3 series. O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 are directed to comply the said requirement within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.

6. It is further directed that on receipt of the compliance, O.P. No. 4 shall take effective steps for disbursal of the balance GPF amount in favour of the Petitioner within a further period of one month. Mr. Mishra, learned AGA is directed to issue necessary instruction to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3 to comply with the order.

7. The writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

8. A free copy of the order be provided to Mr. Mishra, learned AGA for compliance.
