This is an application for modification of order dated 21.10.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The present Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction of order dated 21.10.2022 to the extent that GR Case and P.S.Case No. has been mentioned wrongly.

It is accordingly directed that G.R.Case No.1342 of 2022 and P.S.Case No.558 of 2022 appearing in 2nd line of Paragraph-4 of the order dated 21.10.2022 be corrected and read as G.R.Case No.1344 of 2022 and P.S.Case No.560 of 2022.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 21.10.2022.
