01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present writ Petition with the following relief:- "In view of the facts mentioned in para-6 above, the applicant prays for the following relief(s):- i) direct the respondents to grant pension to the applicant in the light of the benefits given to other similarly situated persons as at Annexure-8, 10, 11, 12 and 13;

ii) Pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as would deem fit and proper."

4. It is submitted that person similarly situated have been extended with the benefit pursuant to the order passed by this Court as well

// 2 // as by the learned Tribunal and the claim of the Petitioner is covered as per the said order.

5. Considering such submission, the Petitioner is permitted to move a representation before the O.P. No. 1 by enclosing all those orders in support of his case.

6. It is observed that if any such application is filed within a period of three (3) weeks, the said Opp. Party shall take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this Order.

7. However, it is observed that while taking such decision, the orders relied on by the Petitioner be taken into consideration.

8. The writ Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation and directions.
