2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 23.8.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

4. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that the matter was not taken up/pursued after 26.3.2019.

5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the matter, the petitioner has passed away and accordingly, the writ petition is not pressed.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
