Against the order of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, writ petition bearing, W.P.(C) No.22119 of 2017 having been preferred, there is nothing to be decided in the present contempt petition. 4.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dropped. 5.

If any fresh cause of action survives after disposal of the aforesaid writ petition, the Petitioner may seek redressal by filing fresh contempt petition.
