2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"a. The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to quash the impugned letter dtd.14.5.2015 under Annexure-4 b. The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to direct the respondents for favourably consideration of the case of the applicant for his regular absorption/appointment against the regular vacant post of Driver under the regular establishment and till such regularization the service of the applicant shall not be dispensed/retrenched/terminated by allowing him as usual basis for the interest of justice. c. The Hon'ble Tribunal may be pleased to pass any order(s)/direction(s) as deems fit & Proper for the interest of justice.

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 within a period of three weeks from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law before retirement of the petitioner from service. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
