This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On oral prayer of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, she is permitted to carry out correction in Court today. 3.

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the difficulties narrated in the Interlocutory application the Petitioner could not surrender in time.

Considering such submission, time to surrender is extended for a further period of three weeks subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
