1. By means of this Interim Application, the Petitioner seeks for a modification so far as the age of the Petitioner, name of his father and address appearing in the cause-title of the bail application. He also seeks for extension of time to surrender in the court below.

2. Prayer for modification is allowed.

3. Necessary corrections be carried out by the learned counsel for the Petitioner in course of the day as has been mentioned in para-3 so also in the prayer portion of the Interim Application.

4. Three weeks further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender before the competent court as per the order dated 04.11.2022 passed in the ABLAPL.

5. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly with the aforesaid modifications.
