Heard Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State-Opposite Parties.

It is submitted that due to non-regularization of certain period of service, the Petitioner in the meantime though has retired, but he is not getting his retiral benefits. 4.

From the counter filed by the learned state counsel it is seen that the process of regularization of the break period of service has already been taken up with a direction on the Tahasildar, Binika and Rampur for regularization of the service of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that in spite of such direction, the said period of service has not yet been regularized and the petitioner is not getting his retiral benefits.

In view of such submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court directs the Opposite

// 2 // Party No.2 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and see that the direction issued to the Tahasildar, Binika and Rampur is complied with by the said authority, if it has not yet been complied with in the meantime, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. It is further observed that after such regularization of the period of service, the pension paper of the petitioner be also processed for sanction of pension and other retiral benefits, without any further delay.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
