Heard Mr. P.S. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. J.P. Patnaik, learned Government Advocate for the State. 3.

Since the petitioners have approached this Court challenging the notice of eviction issued in compliance to the execution warrant dated 14.09.2022 issued by the Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Jharsuguda, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. However, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue their remedy in accordance with law before the said forum, which is in seisin of the matter, if they are is so advised.
