1. Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. Order No.

By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks grant of bail under Section 438, Cr.P.C. in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offence under Sections 379/411/34, I.P.C. and Section 51(1) of the OMMC Rules, 2004, in connection with Bolagarh P.S. Case No.236 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1570 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that there are six numbers of criminal antecedents standing to the credit of the present Petitioner.

4. Keeping in view such submission, and considering the nature of allegation, seriousness and gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present bail application of the Petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail stands rejected and the ABLAPL is dismissed.
