1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners in apprehension of arrest for their alleged involvement in the offences U/s.311/323/307/427/379/34 IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the accused is found involved in an offence U/s.395 IPC.

4. Having regard to the nature of offence involved, the seriousness and the circumstances to the present case, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition for grant of anticipatory bail. The ABLAPL is accordingly rejected.
