Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to pay her salary w.e.f. 28.02.2004 as per the revised LPC sent by BMC to the DEO, Khurda pursuant to office order No.2054 dated 28.01.2008 of the BMC and sanction her pending annual increments, assured career progression benefit and pay all arrear salary dues in favour of her within a stipulated period. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-6 series and the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the
case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 series and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
