1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 452/354-A/379/323/294/506/34 IPC.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender in connection with G.R. Case No.2630 of 2022 arising out of Cuttack Sadar P.S. Case No.438 of 2022 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack within a period of three weeks' hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and

// 2 // conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court subject to criminal antecedent, if any, with further conditions that they shall appear in person before the court below on each date of posting of the case.
