Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is a statement in Bar that the order of the Tribunal being challenged in the Writ Petition in a challenge by the State, the Writ Petition being dismissed, State went to the Hon'ble apex Court in SLP(C) No.4443/2018, which also got dismissed on 2.4.2018. It is also claimed that after dismissal of the SLP, there has been compliance of the Tribunal's order and compliance affidavit filed on 9.8.2018. This Court recording the statement of Mr.Panda, learned counsel appearing for the Contemnor and the disclosures through the compliance affidavit filed observes, there is no scope to entertain the Contempt Petition any further.
