1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.
2. This is an application for bail U/s.438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner in apprehension of arrest for his alleged involvement in the offences U/s. 294/379/506, I.P.C.
3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the materials on record, and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders and moves for bail before the learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara in G.R. Case No.887 of 2022 arising out of Astaranga P.S. Case No.202 of 2022, within a period of three weeks from today, he shall be allowed to go on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court, but subject to the further conditions that the Petitioner shall appear
// 2 // before the I.O. once in a week till submission of charge-sheet and shall also appear before the trial court on each date fixed for trial till conclusion of the trial, unless specifically exempted by the said court, from appearing before it.
4. The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
