Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Having regard to the seriousness of the allegations and the availability of prima facie materials to prove the complicity of the petitioner in the occurrence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail. However, considering the fact that of the case is of the year 2019, learned court below in seisin over the matter shall do well to try and dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
