This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

This is an application for modification.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the W.P.(C) No.27946 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 27.10.2022 but last line of paragraph-5, it has been wrongly mentioned as "The authorities have rejected the application of the petitioner for regularization" the same be deleted and in 7th line of paragraph-7, it has been wrongly mentioned as "In the event proceeding has been initiated till then period of suspension be regularized in accordance with applicable of service rules." instead of "In the event proceeding has not been initiated till then period of suspension be regularized in accordance with applicable of service rules." And also extension of time may be granted. Hence,

// 2 // modification has been prayed for.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs that in last line of paragraph-5, it has been wrongly mentioned as "The authorities have rejected the application of the petitioner for regularization" the same be deleted and in 7th line of paragraph-7, the word "not" be inserted after the word "has" and further ten days time be extended from today, rest part of the order remaining the same.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
