Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged that even though Mutation Case No.4472 of 2019 has been allowed since 30.12.2020 but there is no correction incorporated in the record of right for nearly two years. 3.

Considering a formal action is required at the end of the Tahasildar in correction of the record of right, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition observes, provided there is no challenge to the order in Mutation Case No.4472 of 2019 and the stay involving such order is operating as on date, the Tahasildar becomes duty bound to bring out the necessary correction in the record of right reasonable time. Let working out of the record of right in terms of order in Mutation Case No.4472 of 2019 be completed within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner. 4.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
