4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to modify the order dated 09.02.2022 passed by this Court in TRP(C) No.343 of 2021 as the I.A is not maintainable in a disposed of transfer petition.

5. The I.A is accordingly dismissed.
