1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.
2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that although no F.I.R. has been lodged against the Petitioners but the Petitioners are being harassed by the Police as they are being repeatedly summoned to the Police Station and compelled to sit at the PS for hours together.
4. Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that till date no F.I.R. has been registered as yet.

5. Considering such submission and further considering the fact that no FIR has been registered against the Petitioners till date, there is no reason or apprehension of arrest of the Petitioners.
6. The ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of with liberty to file afresh if there arises a cause of action.
