Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged that even after remand order of the Appellate Authority in disposal of O.S.A.T.I.P (Appeal) Case No.04 of 2008, the original authority is not completing the required exercise involving OSATIP Case No.1 of 2006.

Considering that the remand order was passed on 12th August, 2008 and there is fourteen years delay in executing such orders, this Court while expressing its anxiety directs the original authority to complete the proceeding vide OSATIP Case No.1 of 2006 at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner, but however involving the parties concerned.

The Writ Petition thus stands disposed of.
