This matter was not in today's list. On being mentioned in the first hour, this matter is taken up through Special Notice. 2.

There is typographical error in the mentioning of the name of the Opposite Parties in the cause title of the order dated 4.01.2022. Finding typographical error at our end, this Court while deleting the indications in Opposite Party side incorporates the party name "Tahasildar, Ghasipura & Ors." in Opposite Parties side in place of "Secretary, Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Deptt. & Ors.". Accordingly name of the Opposite Parties typed in the cause title of the order dated 4.01.2022 stands corrected and be read hereafter as "Tahasildar, Ghasipura & Ors." instead of "Secretary, Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Deptt., & Ors.". The other part of the order dated 04.01.2022 remains unaltered.
