This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties to issue appointment order in his favour taking into account the proceeding of meeting of the appointment committee of Bodimunda PACS held on 22nd September, 2017 within a stipulated time.

Since the matter relates to management and business of the Society, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition as the Petitioner has an efficacious remedy under Section 68 of the Odisha Co-operative Societies Act, 1962. At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
