This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:

" Under the premises as stated above, the humble petitioner fervently prays that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to admit the case and call for the relevant records and after being heard from both parties allow the writ petition to the extent that i) To issue appropriate order/direction by directing O.p.No.1 and 2 to take promptitude/effective steps in the matter of to revise the grade pay of the Petitioner in extending the benefit of financial upgradation i.e. 3rd RACP with grade pay of Rs.5,400/- (Rupees five thousand four hundred only) w.e.f. 01.01.2013 and sanction/release differential salary in the shape of arrears in favour of the Petitioner.

// 2 // ii) Issue appropriate writ/direction/order by directing the opposite parties to take effective steps in the matter of revision of pension of the Petitioner from the date of his retirement and release the arrears as due and admissible within a stipulated period.

iii) And pass such other order/orders/direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

In course of hearing of the writ application, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner ventilating his grievance has submitted representation before the Field Director-cum-R.C.C.F., Baripada, Opposite Party No.3 on 08.08.2022 under Annexure-1. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending as of now. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that a direction be issued to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-1 within a stipulated period of time. 5.

Learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioner is considered by the Opposite Party No.3, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-1 in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.3 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-1 by passing a speaking and reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.
