This is an application for modification/correction of the order dated 18th November, 2022 by which the writ petition was disposed of.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that at paragraph-2 of the order dated 18th November, 2022, instead of mentioning "MIG-21" it has been inadvertently mentioned as "MIG-75", which needs correction.

In view of the above, I find the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner to be correct. The order dated 18th November, 2022 be corrected accordingly to the aforesaid extent.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
