1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 26.8.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices were issued on 09.10.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued after 22.01.2019.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter on behalf of the petitioner at present.

6. Learned ASC referring to the affidavit dated 21.9.2016 filed before the learned Tribunal submits that the O.A./writ petition is devoid of any merit.

7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of upto-date instruction from the petitioner granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
