1. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition has been registered before this Court on 26.8.2021 after the Original Application was transferred upon abolition of the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.

3. On perusal of the available order sheets of the learned Tribunal it is indicated that notices were issued on 7.10.2015 and the matter was never taken up/pursued thereafter nor there is any further pleadings on behalf of the either of the parties.

4. The O.A. was filed in the year 2015 by the petitioner who was then working as Asst. Engineer, Dabugaon Block, Nabarangpur for enhancement of the remuneration received by him from Rs.9300/- to Rs.15600/- as applicable to regular Degree Engineers.

5. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no up-to-date instruction to pursue the matter on behalf of the petitioner at present and the writ petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same for any surviving cause of action.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of for lack of instruction from the petitioner to pursue the matter at present granting liberty to revive the same within sixty days for any surviving cause of action.
