1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Union of India.
2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail for the offences under Section 3(a) RP (UP) Act.
3. Having regard to the fact that the co-accused persons have since been released on bail as submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner and is not objected by the learned counsel appearing for the Union of India, in the event, the Petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within three weeks' hence, the learned court below shall admit him to bail on such terms and conditions as deemed fit and proper.
