This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This CMP has been filed seeking for a direction for early disposal of C.S. No.391 of 2013 pending before learned 2nd Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Bhubaneswar. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sourav, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that an application for expeditious disposal of the suit is pending before learned trial Court for consideration. He, therefore, submits that interest of justice will be best served, if a direction is issued for early disposal of the said petition.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the order dated 29th June, 2022, it appears that a petition for expeditious hearing of the suit is pending. 5.

In view of the above, this Court disposes of this CMP with a direction that on production of certified copy of this order, learned trial Court shall do well to dispose of the petition
