It is agreed by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 7281 of 2018 and W.P.(C) No. 4848 of 2021, which were disposed of on 24.06.2022.

Therefore, in view of the reasons stated in the Judgment dated 24.06.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 7281 of 2018 and W.P.(C) No. 4848 of 2021, this Writ Petition stands dismissed in terms of the said Judgments. Otherwise also, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition at this belated stage, as the Writ Petition suffers from delay and laches, in view of the Judgment/Order of this Court in the case of State of Odisha v. Surama Manjari Das (W.P.(C) No. 15763 of 2021 dismissed on 16.07.2021).
