On instruction, Mr. Samal submits that in the meantime, pursuant to the complaint dated 23.04.2021 of the petitioner, Banpur P.S. No.385 dated 29.10.2021 has already been registered. In such background, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter. 4.

Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
