01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Mr. L. Samal, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Opp. parties.
3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"(i) necessary direction be issued to the Respondents, more particularly to the Respondent Nos.3 & 4 to sanction and disburse 2nd stage of RACPS financial benefits in favour of the applicants w.e.f 01.01.2013 on the basis of Finance Department Resolution dtd.6.2.2013 as well as in view of the decision of the Hon'ble High Court in the matter of Shyamsundar Panda Vrs. DPI, Secondary Education and others as both the applicants have completed 20 years of continuous service in the same grade/post much prior to 01.01.2013."
4. It is submitted that similar claim has already been allowed by the Govt. vide communication dated 04.01.2019.

5. Considering such submission made by the learned for the petitioners, this Court permits the petitioners to approach Opp. Party No.1 within a period of three weeks by raising the claim as made in the Writ Petition.
6. It is observed that if any such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months. It is also observed that while taking such a decision, Opp. Party No.1 shall take into consideration the stand taken by the petitioner that similar claim has been allowed vide communication dated 4.1.2019.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
