Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider the case of the applicant to the cadre of Sr. SES under 3% reservation quota for PH category of candidates w.e.f. 21.6.2014 along with service & financial benefits within a time stipulated as fixed by this Hon'ble Tribunal".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 22.09.2014 at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners.
